Rooms at The Arnold House
Our sixteen guest rooms are situated across four buildings on our property: The Main Building, The Garden House, Shandelee Post, and Bobbie’s Farmhouse. The rooms are designed to be warm and inviting. All feature either natural cork or original wood floors, antique furniture and vintage fixtures. Cozy down duvet bedding, Sferra towels and bathrobes and an uncluttered design makes these rooms an easy place to wind down.
In The Arnold House Main Building we have 9 rooms on the second floor with either twin, queen or king beds. In our tranquil Garden House, we have three rooms available: a large split-level suite, which is perfect for a family with children, and two Studios with king beds. The Shandelee Post Building is located across the street from The Arnold House Main Building and features our Shandelee Post Loft, Shandelee Post Studio, and Shandelee Post Suite. Our latest addition, Bobbie’s Farmhouse is a 3 bedroom, three-bathroom home across from the Main Inn.
All rooms include complimentary breakfast, daily snack bar, full service Tavern & Bar, high-speed free WiFi, multiple guest common areas and wood stoves, Barn & Greenhouse and gardens, lots of outdoor seating, daily cookie service, private hiking trails, daily happenings and more.

Twin
Perfect for friends or children sharing a room, this room has two twin beds for added comfort and private en suite bathrooms. Please note these rooms can also be converted to king beds. A look around the room.
Queen
Our standard size rooms with queen beds, evening light and private en suite bathrooms. A look around the room.
King
Slightly larger than our queen and twin rooms, these rooms offer king beds, sunrise light, beautiful views of the grounds and pond, and private en suite bathrooms. A look around the room.
Garden Suite
In our Garden House, this split-level accommodation offers a comfortable private sitting room, two bedrooms (one queen, one room with two twin beds) and a large shared bathroom with soaking tub. A look into the Garden Suite.
Garden Studio
This spacious king room on the second floor of our Garden House has a comfortable sitting area as well as a private deck overlooking our meadows and a private en suite bathroom. A look into the Garden Studio.
Ground Floor Garden Studio

Shandelee Post Studio
The Shandelee Post Studio is located on the first floor of the Shandelee Post, directly across the street from The Arnold House Main Building overlooking our gardens. Enjoy your own private entrance, king size bed and master bathroom with walk-in shower.

Shandelee Post Loft
Our most spacious room on property, the Shandelee Post Loft is located on the second floor of the Shandelee Post, directly across the street from The Arnold House Main Building overlooking our gardens. Enjoy your own private entrance, a large office, spacious loft style sitting room and king size bed and master bathroom with a soaking bathtub and walk-in shower.

Shandelee Post Suite
Shandelee Suite is located directly across the street from The Arnold House Main Building in Shandelee Post. Enjoy your own private entrance and semi-private porch with patio seating. The two bedroom, one bath suite features one bedroom outfitted with a king bed, the other consists of two twin beds that can be converted into a king, upon request. Bobbie’s Farmhouse
Across from the Main Inn next to Shandelee Post, Bobbie’s Farmhouse has been fully renovated and available to rent as one unit. A three bedroom (1 kings, 2 queens), three bathroom home features a fireplace, spacious private backyard and more! Bring your family and friends for a quintessential country getaways in the Catskills.
All rooms include complimentary breakfast, daily snack bar, full service Tavern & Bar, high-speed free WiFi, multiple guest common areas and wood stoves, Barn & Greenhouse and gardens, lots of outdoor seating, daily cookie service, private hiking trails, daily happenings and more.
We love well-behaved dogs and dogs love running through our trails, so feel free to bring them along for your weekend away!
We do charge a $50 nightly fee to help cover the costs of cleaning. But rest assured that for this, we also provide a dog bed for your pup, food bowls and treats! We also ask that pups joining the trip are quiet and comfortable while unaccompanied in your room during meals, so as not to disturb guests and leashed in common spaces. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend along.
Booking Multiple Rooms
Please note that room bookings of five rooms or more must be reserved through our Sales Department so that our teams can deliver a great experience for you and your group. These reservations, if made without the authorization of our sales department, are subject to cancellation and/or additional fees at the discretion of Management.
Small Group Getaway
Bring your small group of family and friends to the Catskills for an intimate getaway with Foster Supply. Exclusive use of select common areas with full booking of the Shandelee Post Building or Garden House at The Arnold House. Full buyout of all guest rooms also available. If we are sold out during the dates you are looking for, please consider visiting one of our sibling properties, Nine River Road, The DeBruce, Hemlock Neversink or Kenoza Hall.
Booking & Cancellation policy
A full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made within two weeks of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a full charge for the entire length of stay. Polices can vary for specials, packages and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor common spaces. Please also note that all applicable NY State and Local Taxes along with an $15 per night administrative facility fee have been applied to your room rate.
