The Party Starts Poolside

Tiki Thursdays

Tiki Thursdays have landed in Livingston Manor. Think poolside hangs, island-inspired cocktails, and our snacks menu to keep things light from 5–8PM. Come for one, stay for the sunset.

Sunday Fundays

We’re taking Sundays to a whole new level with our Sunday Fundays all Summer through mid-October as long as the pooi is open.

Tavern open 12-5 for food and drinks.

*No pool passes needed for our Jersey Shore Thursdays or Sunday Fundays for outside guests dining with us at the pool.

Outdoor meal featuring a hot dog with fries, a wrap with fries, a cheeseburger with fries, a fresh salad, a cocktail and a can of drink served on metal trays and a paper napkin.

Pool fun is open to all but subject to availability. The only way to guarantee your spot is to show your Arnold House Room Key. All other FSH room keys accepted as well.

Pool Info

  • Our heated pool is open daily from 9am-7pm from mid-May through mid-October.

  • Poolside service will reopen this summer season - stay tuned.

  • The Day Pass includes access to our poolside perks: complimentary towels, lounge chairs (if available).!

    Each pass is $35 per person (kids 6-12 only $20, under 6 free), snag yours while they last.

    *Our pool day passes are subject to availability. Only way to guarantee a dip in the pool is to show your Arnold House (or other FSH property) room key!

  • For Jersey Shore Thursdays and Sunday Fundays, no pool passes or room keys required to join - all members of the public may come. For regular swimming, a pool pass or an FSH room key is required to enter the pool area.
